HuePort ("we", "our", or "the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and the third-party services involved.
HuePort is a real-time color capture tool. The App itself does not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifiable information, and it does not require you to create an account.
However, the App uses third-party services (see Section 5) that may automatically collect limited technical data such as advertising identifiers and anonymous usage statistics.
HuePort requires access to your device camera solely to:
The App does not photograph, store, or upload any camera images to external servers. All color analysis is performed locally on your device.
If you choose to import an image from your photo library, the color analysis is performed locally on your device. Imported images are not uploaded to any server.
If you choose to save captured colors, palettes, or favorites, this data is stored only in your device's local storage. It is not synced to any cloud service or external server operated by us.
HuePort uses the following third-party services, which may collect data in accordance with their own privacy policies:
Purchasing the Pro version (a one-time in-app purchase) removes advertisements. In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we do not receive or store your payment information.
The App is suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App integrates advertising services, we recommend parental supervision for younger users.
